Information and Communication agency of Sri Lanka together with the Digital Empowerment Foundation of India and the Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Information and Communication, Government of India are pleased to announce the region's very first mobile content awards. The mBillionth Award 2010 will recognize and felicitate the region's best and innovative mobile innovations, applications and service delivery. The registration for the conference and the developer workshop is open for mobile network operators, mobile content aggregators, mobile phone manufacturers, mobile / mobility application developers, mobile content and information developers, mobile marketing and mobile entertainment providers who are working towards better governance, rural development and social betterment of the masses by facilitating utility and value added content and services and also for those who are interested in moving into the mobile applications domain.
